I feel fortunate that Kaley was the inspector for my first home purchase (a 100-year-old duplex)! She was very thorough and took the time to point out things I needed to know (for general maintenance as well as repairs), and she patiently answered all my newbie questions. The report is easy to read and full of helpful photos as well. After shadowing Kaley, I'm more confident that I know the house from top to bottom and that I understand what needs to be done to keep my new home in good shape.
