Owning a hot tub has been a lifelong dream! We went to all the licensed dealers in town when we started looking a couple years ago, but gravitated towards Aqua Elite for the customer service. We worked with MJ(?) initially and appreciated him letting the hot tub sell itself. Was never pushy or tried to upsell without logic to back it up. By the time we had done our research and were ready to purchase, it was MJs day off and we ended up working with the owners who were charming. They had answers to all our questions about the hot tub and lifestyle, no matter how obscure we thought they’d be. Tub arrived early and Install was above and beyond as well. Seamless and quick, techs even stayed until the tub was full to make sure everything was running correctly and show us the controls/cleaning process. Sounds like they are great with any issues down the line as well! 5-stars! Grateful to the whole team! Would recommend to anyone looking to get a hot tub. Now to wait the grueling hours for it to heat up for the first use…
