A year and a half ago, I was in an accident and I was at a loss on what to do and where to go to proceed. I wanted to take a moment to comment on the services rendered by Mr. Gattis and his staff, Marilyn in particular. It is far more frequent that people post negative reviews than take the time to post a review when things go right...or very well. I want to say that Marilyn went above and beyond in my case. She was diligent, timely, thorough, and persistent. She kept me informed and abreast of developments in real time.
