  K&M built our dream house and everything went perfectly. They were professional, stayed ahead of schedule, and had impeccable workmanship. You can tell they put their faith and pride into every detail. I don’t think I could find a negative thing to say if I tried. Best of all, they are extremely cost competitive! I would recommend them to anyone looking to build their forever home.

  We used K&M for new siding (Dutch lap, shaker shingles and board & batten), gutters, and soffits. We received a few different estimates and while their's was more, the communication and follow-through were light years ahead of the others. We are so happy with the results - our yard was cleaned up every night, great communication throughout the process, the house looks great and there were no surprises with the final invoice. I would highly recommend!!

  We were in need of a half bath downstairs, and Mark, Collin and crew came through wonderfully. K&M also remodeled our upstairs bath a few years ago, wonderful job, wonderful people all around.
